Our property boasts a wide assortment of locations for you to host your ceremony, cocktail hour, reception and your next day brunch both indoors and/or outdoors. Whether you are looking for an intimate ceremony in a charming historical building, or tucked in the woods in our magical outdoor amphitheater or a tented occasion on one of our spacious fields we have a location that will suit anyone’s taste’s and event size. Our property is so large and diverse we can work with you so your event is perfect for you!!

Fireplace Hall

One of the most charming buildings on the property, Fireplace Hall was built in 1935 and has held its charm while being tastefully updated with all the modern conveniences. With a backdrop of a beautiful stone fireplace, custom stone work throughout and with a few steps leading down into the space your entrance will be breathtaking.

Just outside of Fireplace Hall is a beautiful patio area that would be perfect for your cocktail hour leading up to the ceremony or right after. With a fully equipped kitchen attached we are able to provide you with a wonderful catering experience.

Main Dining Room

Our dining room is a large venue that can seat up to 600 but can easily be divided up into smaller spaces for smaller groups looking for an intimate feel. Located on top of a hill the dining hall has a beautiful porch which overlooks the Pocono Mountains and its beautiful sunsets. It is located just above the Lower Pavilion’s so your event could use both spaces.

Lower Pavilion’s

The lower pavilions are large covered areas which gives you the outdoor feeling of the mountains with the protection from the sun and rain. With 10’ high open walls around all sides no views are blocked. Either pavilion could handle a wedding party as small as 50 and as large as 500+.

Upper and Lower Field

If you are looking for that white tent experience we have a number of perfect spots for you. Our vendors will come in and set up your event at either our upper or lower field. Both fields are capable of holding tents that would hold well over 500 guests.

Amphitheatre

Our outdoor amphitheater is in a beautiful yet intimate clearing. With benches hand made out of local trees it seats up to 400 guests for your ceremony. There is a beautiful path that leads in from both the front and the back depending on how you would like to make your entrance. We would recommend having your cocktail hour just outside of the ampitheatre as it is on the top of the hill with amazing views of Camelback Mountain and the sun setting (best spot on the property for sunsets!)

The property has a number of options for all types of your guests. Though we are not a “hotel” we do have 25 private rooms, 33 cabins that can host whole families or a group of friends and a beautiful bridal suite. We have a lot of experience helping our guests figure out what is the exact living arrangement that will work best for all of you.

Bridal Suite

Our bridal suite is located in a beautiful stone building and is a 2 bedroom 1 bath suite with a living area between the two bedrooms. The common area is equipped with plenty of counter space, comfortable seating and mirrors to help the wedding party get ready.

Private Rooms

Throughout the property there are 25 private rooms for your guests. These rooms vary in bed sizes from full to queen so we will work with you in placing your guests in the right size room and at the right location.

Cabins

We have 33 cabins on the property that are all equipped with their own bathrooms. The cabins are set up to handle groups as large as 16 but more typically a family or smaller group of friends would stay in them comfortably. Each cabin has 3 showers, 2 toilets and 2 sinks, so getting ready is no problem.

We have provided some of our most popular options for you to choose from. We also can customize your menu to accommodate your taste. Please reach out to us with all of your questions so that we can work with you to create the perfect menu for your event.

Breakfast

Breakfast includes freshly brewed coffee, hot tea, milk and select juices. You can select any of the following options for each day that you are there.

Continental Breakfast-A selection of fresh seasonal fruits, yogurts, pastries and assorted bagels. (served with butter, assorted cream cheeses)$11

Lindenmere Buffet-breakfast sausage links or patties, Applewood smoked bacon, scrambled eggs or egg frittatas, your choice of diced breakfast potatoes or shredded hash browns, fresh assorted fruit, an assortment of cereals and a variety of muffins and bagels (with  butter and cream cheese). $18

We are able to add on omelet stations as well. Speak to us if you are interested.

Lunch

Deli Buffet-A sandwich buffet with turkey, roast beef and ham. Includes your choice of cheeses like swiss, provolone, pepper jack and American, lettuce, sliced tomatoes and onions, pickles and a wide variety of condiments. Choice of potato salad, cole slaw, pasta salad, Caesar salad (choose two). $18

American BBQ-we will fire up the grill on our front patio and cook up an old fashioned BBQ, complete with grilled chicken, veggie burgers (multiple flavors to choose from), grilled portabella mushrooms and ¼ lb. hamburgers grilled to perfection. Includes your choice of cheeses like swiss, provolone, pepper jack and American, lettuce, sliced tomato and onions, pickles and a wide variety of condiments. Choice of potato salad, cole slaw, pasta salad, Caesar salad (choose two). For desert we will have fresh cut watermelon. $18

Dinner

Our dinner service can provide you with a wide variety of options that can meet your budget and taste. Our most popular is a cocktail hour complete with a full bar and hors d’oeuvres followed by a buffet dinner and dessert.
